Hospital staff will contact you prior to your surgery to discuss the admission forms and the pre-operative instructions with you. You will also be advised of arrival and fasting times. If you have not received a pre-operative phone call by the day before surgery, please call QEH (07 3236 9844) or TWSC (07 4659 3100) accordingly.
